“I went to my West Jordan,UT branch to open a trust account. Kelsey, the representative was fantastic! She advised me of available products to best maximize my investment for the trust. Kelsey listened carefully what my objectives were to maximize the money I would be depositing. She was very informative, walked me through the paperwork, helped me choose the best investment product to meet my objectives, and answered all my questions. Most of all, being elderly and having really no knowledge about investing, Kelsey was warm, patient and customer focused. “I have been with Goldenwest for about 4 years now. I’ve had bad banking experiences in the past and even after filing for bankruptcy they approved me for a loan so we could keep our car. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with has been super friendly and helpful and so on top of things. I have got two car loans with this location and they have all been done super fast and they have walked me through the process of buying one that had a loan through another bank. Joey has helped us a few times and Merlin just helped us with this last one. They have gone above and beyond for us and I wanted to let others know that this bank is fantastic! I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a worry fee place to bank.”
