“My wife typically does all of our banking stuff due to my work schedule. She had a great experience with a woman named Amber back in October so she told me she wanted to swop our banking over to Golden West. I personally thought it was a lot pointless effort until I experienced the service that she did! Amber is as great if not better than my wife said she was! She made sure to respect my time (due to it being limited), had excellent customer service and looked for products that financially benefited my family. Thanks to Amber and her ability to take time to get to know us we are now saving over 5% in interest a month and a few hundred dollars in savings every month! Amber directed my wife and I to a nice lady named Karina. Karina was able to get me the quickest auto loan I have ever experienced before the dealership closed, and she got us our credit card super quick as well! My wife just informed me that Karina told her about a promotion that Golden West is offering at the moment for balance transfers. Apparently Karina helped us save a bunch of money by moving all of our debt to Golden West. Thank you for all of your hard work and great service! I’m happy I get to do business with ladies like you moving forward.”

“I had the most amazing experience with 2 woman at the South Valley branch! Amber hands down had the most amazing customer service. Her willingness to go above and beyond won me over! Customer service is a huge deal to me. I have always been a loyal customer of Security Service Federal Credit Union until I met Amber! She took the time and effort to get to know me and recognize my needs. She took the time to talk to me about the auto loan options and credit card perks, and direct me to Karina. Karina was kind, thorough, and quick at getting my auto loan completed before the dealership closed. Then she completed my credit card application in no time as well. Karina even went as far as helping me do a balance transfer from my other credit cards to my new Golden West credit card so I could utilize the promotion they had available. My experience was absolutely amazing!!! You can’t go wrong with going to these two woman for all of your financial needs!!!! If I could give them 10 stars rather than 5, I definitely would!!!!”
