Sometimes it is helpful to change the sort order of the list of transactions on the “Transaction History” screen. By default, the transactions are sorted by the transaction’s date. This shows the most recent transaction at the top of the list.

To change the sort order of a list of transactions, first look for the headings showing the name of the column at the top of the list of transactions. These heading names usually include “Description / Notes”, “Date / Age”, “Category”, “Merchant”, and “Amount”. Find the name of the column you wish to sort by. If the name is underlined (a link), you can click on it to sort by that column. If the name is not underlined (not a link) you cannot sort by that column.
